One of our prime cuts - Church's lamb loin chops contain the lean eye of the loin, and every chop is hand cut on the bone for added flavour. Our chops are also surrounded by a layer of fat which crispens beautifully once cooked for added flavour.

It's Important to note that all produce will be cut by hand to order. Produce weights will not fall below minimum but may exceed the stated weights.
