Smoked Back Bacon

Smoked back bacon is derived from a cured and smoked pork loin, the same cut which is used for pork chops and our boneless pork steaks. This product is better suited to those who prefer a stronger flavour, which comes as a result of the additional smoking process.

It's Important to note that all produce will be cut by hand to order. Produce weights will not fall below minimum but may exceed the stated weights.
