Our whole ducks are responsibly sourced from farms in the UK to ensure maximum freshness when it comes to consumption. Each duck usually weighs around 2kg, and serves 3 depending on appetites.

It's Important to note that all produce will be cut by hand to order. Produce weights will not fall below minimum but may exceed the stated weights.
