Whilst we always make best efforts to ensure that every meat product we sell meets our excellent standards and is delivered on time, we understand that once in a blue moon things may go wrong.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our team at sales@churchsbutchers.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, or in the very rare circumstance that your delivery has been missed.
From there, one of the team will happily assist you further.

Whilst there is no minimum spend for our online store, we recommend a purchase of at least £30 for the benefit of maximising shipping and packaging costs for both us and for you!
Due to the nature of our business, all orders are required by 4PM every Wednesday. This is to give us ample time to source any additional goods which are currently not in stock, and to cut and prepare all orders. Your meat order will then be despatched on Thursday evening for Friday delivery by 4PM!
Should you wish to amend or cancel your order please send an email to sales@churchsbutchers.co.uk by 4PM on Wednesday, and one of our team will get back to you. Any emails sent after this time will not be processed, and all orders will be fulfilled on Thursday for Friday delivery.
If you miss your delivery, APC parcel service will leave your parcel in a previously confirmed safe place, or with a neighbour if possible. Our high-quality recyclable packaging will keep your meat products cool for at least 24 hours.
Please note that as goods are perishable, we are unable to take responsibility for goods when deliveries are missed. We do recommend that in the event you are not home to receive your parcel, that you confirm a safe place or a neighbour who is able to take in your delivery for you.
